A snippet into our little apartment

I was debating on whether or not to do a full apartment tour of the new place, we have been here for 2 months now. Instead of posting a ton of pictures of each room I'm just going to share some of my favorite things that are in each. Out of all of the apartment tours I've shown on this blog we have pretty much the same things, so I don't want to bore you.

After taking these pictures I realize I have a problem with deers and moose, but I'm OK with that. Our place doesn't have a cabin feel what so ever so it's funny that I have so many.

I love this catch all tray in the kitchen for the essentials (not pictured, a huge roll of paper towels that over ruled the picture.)

Valentine's Day Oreos

February 2nd Oreo came out with a new flavor, red velvet. I couldn't find them at Walmart or Target so the only place that has them in my area right now is Publix. Their good but their not the best flavor in the world. (Original is still the best!) They came in a smaller package and was still the $3.99 price :/

The filling is a cream cheese base which makes it very sweet. The cookie part doesn't really taste any different. When this package is gone I don't think I'll be getting another. It was a good try on Oreos behalf for the Valentine's holiday.

Miss A

A friend of mine at work told me about this website, Miss A where everything is $1.00 (except some bigger items) and shipping is always $3.95 shipping!!! I was sold! It's jewelry, makeup, hair things accessories and some other little trinkets.

I got 7 things, one which included a pack of 12 earrings and spent less than $15 with shipping. I was super pleased with the packaging. It came bundled up in a bubble wrap and then fancy tissue paper. The charms came in a cute little jewelry bag which will be great for traveling.

My favorite item is the charm bracelet. I've seen similar ones from Origami Owl which their bracelet alone is almost $30 then the charms are about $5 each. The one disappoint with this bracelet was, it has a magnetic face which popped open and I lost all 3 of my charms the first day I wore it. I know it just got caught on something and opened up so I'm not mad at the quality. The other company's bracelet twists shut, I'm going to buy more charms to fill it up and then glue it shut and I think I'll be fine.

All my new pieces

This is great for the person who looses earrings often. $1

Fancy cocktail ring. $1

Black and gold bracelet. $1

Charms, "S", "I heart NY", "mrs". $1 each

Open up the face and the charms go right in. $5

Disney at Christmas time

Since we got our Disney annual passes for Christmas we hit up Hollywood Studios last week and Magic Kingdom yesterday. It was cool because all of their Christmas decorations were still up! Hollywood Studios was packed on New Years Eve, but we knew that going in, so we figured out the whole Fast Pass thing and got to ride some rides. All I wanted to see was the Osborne Lights at night so we stuck out the crowds and got to see it too.

2014 year in review

This past year started out rough with my Grandma passing away and ended great with moving (yup, we moved again!) and getting promoted at work. I have learned to take everything as it comes and not dwell on the past. One day I asked my Grandma if going skydiving was on her bucket list and she laughed and said no, and that she just wanted to be remembered for being a nice person and having such a great impact on all of our lives. After hearing that I knew how much I was like her. That's all I ever want in life too, just be remembered as nice!

So as this year comes to an end and I think back on all that Ryan and I have accomplished I can't wait to see what 2015 has in store for us.

January: I attended my first Magic game as a guest after working Amway Center for years

February: Helped plan Ryan's dad's birthday which was a blacklight Mardi Gras theme

March: My Grandma passed away after living with stage 4 ovarian cancer for over 2 years. I also started a new job and moved all within 3 weeks of each other that month

April: I left the Blue Man Group and transferred to Diagon Alley Admissions for the Hogwarts Express

May: Nothing happened, so here's a picture of Barney and Gizmo

June: We went to Key West for a vacation with Ryan's family
July: Diagon Alley opened it's doors at Universal and I was apart of the opening team
August: I turned 26 on the 26th and got everything pumpkin for my birthday

September: We celebrated our 3rd anniversary with a lunch date to Red Robin... yummmmmm
October: Ryan turned 27 and all he wanted was sushi for lunch
November: I worked then we celebrated Thanksgiving in Daytona
December: I got promoted to a supervisor at work right before graduating the Developing Leadership Talent program. We also moved right after I started this new job
